In March 2025, Apostle Randall heard the voice of God saying “Be to the people what Moses was to Israel“. Then, God led Apostle Randall to Exodus 3 declaring “I have seen the afflictions of my people & have heard their cry and I have come to save them”. It was at that moment that the name “New Revelation Church ROC” was given to him and assignment began.
